Jenoptik and ACCRETECH Tokyo Seimitsu have concluded a partnership agreement to market shaft measuring systems and provide maintenance services in Japan. Sales of a new product "Shaftcom" has started, in addition to the existing product lineup of ACCRETECH.

Optical Shaft Measuring System Shaftcom C series

A line scan camera and a 7,500-pixel imaging sensor enable high-speed measurement and high resolution. Experience the overwhelmingly high measurement speed and accuracy provided by the optical system. The camera conforms to the IP52 standard on waterproofness and dust proofness. A model with a built-in PC camera is available. It boasts a robust environmentally resistant design.

Multi-sensor technology for diverse evaluations

An optional contact probe system can be installed in the Shaftcom shaft measuring system. The contact measuring system can be integrated seamlessly into the optical measuring system, making it suitable for measurement of axial run-out or geometry measurement of keyways, holes, etc. Also, evaluation results of such additional multiple items can be obtained through a single measurement, thus providing a high level of flexibility in measurement. Furthermore, the software can be operated intuitively. Just clicking on the targets, enabling to easily specify measuring area and create test characteristics in a test plan.

Intuitive analysis of various measurement items (some options)

• Size tolerance: Length, Diameter, Radius, Angle

• Geometric tolerance: Roundness, Cylindricity, Flatness, Profile form, Concentricity, Run-out, Straightness, Symmetry, Parallelism, Perpendicularity

• The Others: Thread form, Profile(cam etc.)*, Length and position of groove*, Bore diameter*
